Coaching can play a large part in the running of the business.

As a Business owner, who do you talk to when you have changes that you want to bounce off someone? Normally, that tends to be your spouse; whilst they are your biggest source of support, sometimes they can't help you make some of the decisions.

The team look to you to lead the company and make those decisions, but your "inner voice" has doubts on where to start. Talking it through with a coach can provide an enormous benefit.
